1. Visa Application Form
   • Fully completed and signed by the applicant.
2. Passport
   • Original passport with a minimum validity of 6 months from the date of arrival in Turkey.
   • At least two blank pages for visa stamps.
   • Copies of the first and last pages of the passport, and any previous visas.
3. Photographs
   • Two recent passport-sized photos (50×60 mm) with a white background.
   • Must be clear and professional.
4. Travel Itinerary
   • Flight reservation or ticket (both to and from Turkey).
   • Travel itinerary with planned dates and locations.
5. Proof of Accommodation
   • Hotel booking or an invitation letter from the host in Turkey (if staying with a friend or relative).
6. Financial Proof
   • Latest bank statements for the last 3-6 months, stamped and signed by the bank.
   • Proof of sufficient funds (minimum $50 per day of stay).
   • Income tax returns (ITR) or Form 16 for the past 3 years.
7. Travel Insurance
   • A valid travel insurance policy covering medical expenses and emergencies, with a minimum coverage of €30,000.
8. Covering Letter
   • A letter from the applicant mentioning the purpose of the trip, travel dates, and details of the stay.
   • If employed, include designation and leave approval letter from the employer.
9. Proof of Employment/Occupation
   • Employed: No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the employer on company letterhead.
   • Self-Employed: Business registration certificate or GST certificate.
   • Students: A letter from the school or university, along with ID proof.
   • Retired: Pension book or proof of retirement benefits.
10. Proof of Civil Status
    • Marriage certificate (if applicable).

Additional Documents for Specific Cases:

1. For Minors:
   • Birth certificate.
   • Consent letter signed by both parents if the child is traveling alone or with one parent.
2. For Business Travelers:
   • Invitation letter from the Turkish company or organization.
   • Proof of business correspondence.
3. For Sponsorships:
   • Sponsor’s ID proof, bank statements, and an affidavit of sponsorship.
